Let me tell you a little bit about myself. After my obligation to our country with the US Air Force during the Viet Nam conflict, I moved to Upstate New York and worked in a few different management positions before opening my own business in 1984. Oneida Valley Abstract Corporation. Looking for my place in the sun, after traveling to many other areas, I chose the beautiful area surrounding Charlotte Harbor. After selling my successful business in 2001, I moved to SW Florida. Many of the interest and hobbies I acquired while in New York came with me to the SW Florida region. Sailing and my love of racing became hobbies that I still engage in regularly. As an experienced sailor, I knew that the Charlotte Harbor area afforded great sailing and many of the amenities that people look for in a warm climate location. And I was not in the least bit disappointed in all the activities to be found so close. As a member of the Punta Gorda Sailing Club, I raced sailboats on Charlotte Harbor during their three season racing schedule. But to say that was it, just wouldn’t be true. I also race the Florida Open Wheel Lite Dwarf car series around the state of Florida and I’m on the Board of Directors.

Also, after becoming a Lion in New York in 1991 I have continued to serve in the Port Charlotte Lions Club. I served in New York and in Florida as President, Secretary, Region Chair, Zone Chair, District Leo Club Chair and Tail Twister. Being active in Lionism has always been one of my most rewarding experiences. After moving to Florida, I decided to continue my experience with Real Estate by becoming licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in August of 2001. I then went on to obtain my Brokers License in 2003. I am a multiple Million Dollar Club member with our local Board of Realtors. I specialize in everything from vacant land to residential homes & commercial real estate.
